Aerolyte, founded in 1972, is Australia's original road
case company. For almost four decades now we have supplied
premier casing solutions to the IT, film, photographic,
television, scientific, medical, military, mining, audio
visual, music, entertainment and communication industries,
to name but a few.
Aerolyte has over 75
years of experience in current employ and there is
virtually nothing for which we haven't already supplied a
casing solution. Whether you need a case as small as 12
cubic centimeters or as big as 12 cubic meters, we can
design and manufacture to your exact specifications. We
can satisfy numerous requirements such as MIL-STD-2073,
IP65/67 and ATA 300 Category 1 specifications. In fact,
the vast majority of what we build and supply on a day to
day basis, complies with one or more of these
specifications regardless. As such, whatever stringent
specification or standard you might require, we can exceed
it.
Despite the pressures of economic
rationalization, Aerolyte has never lowered or compromised
the quality its products. This pursuit has resulted in the
award of 3 Australian Design Awards for Packaging. Through
Continuous Improvement Programs, we regularly introduce
and update our design and manufacturing technologies,
ensuring a steady progression in what is already the
pinnacle of custom case manufacture in Australia. Our
philosophy is simple - while cost is a critical component,
quality is paramount. In addition to our
long history of custom case manufacture, Aerolyte is also
a specialist Pelican and Hardigg dealer. Since Pelican's
acquisition of Hardigg Industries in early 2009, Aerolyte
can now present to you a standard range of over 400 cases
from the world's top 2 injection and rotational moulding
case companies. Pelican have a long standing reputation in
the market place for producing indestructible injection
moulded cases. Hardigg too have cemented themselves a
reputation for producing first rate products and
specialise, in part, in the supply of cases to war zones
so you know that if a Hardigg case can handle Iraq, it can
handle Qantas. Aerolyte also supplies
Germany's Wag case range. The Teckno and Heavy range of
cases from Wag are ideal for high volume, low cost
requirements, such as sales kits and promotional bundles.
They are a well designed, high quality injection moulded
case at "made in China prices, a fantastic solution to
what is otherwise a hard requirement to satisfy in the
Australian market place. Aerolyte has
more experience and more happy customers than anybody in
the industry. Not only will we ensure your gear is
properly protected, we'll also ensure it is easy to access
and easy use. So, be it around the world, or down the
road, protect your equipment the best way you can, put it
in an Aerolyte case. HERE'S WHAT SOME OF OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY:
BHP Petroleum:
"Further to the excellent quality of the enclosures, I was
extremely impressed with the attention to detail afforded
to both the design and assembly process. Detail in the
provision of equipment mounting, custom fitting and choice
of materials contributed to a first class product. I
cannot thank you enough for a job well done, in what was
thought an impossible time frame."
British Aerospace:
"Received the transit cases yesterday (a week earlier than
expected). Did a trial fit this morning using a PRISM
Antenna Unit and it was a perfect fit."
"Thank you for an exceptional product and service."
Department Of Defence Australia:
"Quality and workmanship shown by this firm has been such
that no item, from the many thousands supplied, have been
rejected by AQAS (Armed Forces Quality Assurance Service
ISO 9002) since the award of their first contract in
1973."
Hewlett Packard:
"They are of the standard I have come to expect from
Aerolyte over the years I have used your products. And
even better was having them arrive earlier than expected."
Millennium Exhibition, Moscow State University:
"The works have arrived safely. One of the containers had
been left out in the weather for three months and another
was jammed under a bridge on the way overland from St.
Petersburg to Moscow. However, all 14 of the MASSIVE
containers arrived in good working condition and all of
the art works in perfect condition. I can only say thank
you."
Philips Mobile Communications:
"Your professional input throughout the configuration
stage and your design capabilities were critical to
achieving our target, we are more than satisfied with the
product."
