Aerolyte welcome all existing and potential clients via telephone, email, fax, post or physically to our manufacturing and design offices in West Heidelberg, Victoria.

Whether visiting in person or remotely, our sales and design staff can provide experienced support to every application and an outlining quotation within a few hours.

To get the complete solution absolutely correct, we prefer to discuss in detail considering the contents, application, environment that the case will used and overall corporate or personal identity that the case will portray. To achieve this, a one-to-one meeting can be arranged.

For the protection or presentation of the product in any case, we usually need the items in our facility to ensure a correct and secure fit. Our design to delivery procedure starts here.

Stage One – The items

A priority is to receive and see the items to get an idea on size, weight and positioning within a suitable case.

Stage Two – The Brief

Our design staff will consider the items, requirements from previous discussions with the client and any limitations within a design brief. This document becomes the starting block of the design process.

Stage Three – The Case

From many years experience and the largest single range of cases in Australia, Aerolyte can advise a focused range of cases to suit the exact application. Once we have a limited range, the contents are laid into the case to highlight any problematic areas that may arise immediately.

Stage Four – Interior Design

Once the case is chosen, the interior can be designed using the latest in 3D sketching technology. This provides a virtual image of the foam or interior solution for Aerolyte internal and client use.

Stage Five – Itemised Drawings

The case is now chosen, the interior designed…now it’s time for the prototype production. Each item is double checked for dimensions and any “odd” shapes on the factory floor.

Stage Six – Foam and Templates

The correct interior material is chosen, again considering the application. At this point the Aerolyte production team will also produce a template of the interior. The template is stored within the clients records for any future amendments of further requirements.

Stage Seven – Interior Production

The initial prototype interior is made and checked with the items to ensure a neat, secure fit.

Stage Eight – The Final Prototype

A final prototype of the entire case, interior and any additional feature is complete and presented to the client ready for further production or to highlight any necessary adjustments for the production run.

Stage Nine – Production

Once the design and prototype are agreed, the production of the main products begins all meeting the strictest quality checks and the satisfaction of each of the experienced and trained production team.
