Our custom PolyCases are constructed from 7mm polypropylene panels, weighing half that of the equivalent 7mm structural plywood, yet providing the same strength and impact resistance. This affords an overall weight saving of up to 30% depending upon fittings used, eg; corners, catches, handles, wheels, etc.

Usage:

 

PolyCases are ideal for air travel, either as a means to keep total package weights under 32kg's or as a way to help reduce excess baggage costs for larger and heavier equipment. This case will pay for itself!
